“Sadly, BuyAParcel and myself suffered at the hands of Hermes Delivery service. They failed to deliver, lied to me and buyaparcel, saying that I requested the parcel to be returned and so I never got the parcel. This was very disappointing but not BuyAParcel's fault but I endeavour not to buy from an organisation that doesn't allow me to choose an alternative postal service to Hermes as they can't deliver and have a bad reputation in this area. My children have suggested that they steal parcels. They have certainly failed to deliver the last 2 items I've ordered to this address.”

“I placed an order with Buy A Parcel one Thursday lunchtime as their site advertised next day deliveries if orders are placed by 3.30pm. There is an additional cost for this. I paid my extra but never received anything the next day! I emailed customer services to say I needed it next day, so I have to cancel the order. OK, they said, but it was sent, and the courier was holding it for some reason, once returned, we will give you a refund, and they would get back to me. They didn't! As it was a weekend nothing arrived. Monday afternoon it arrived! To late for the job I question, I'd had to buy a sander locally to do the job on Friday. No response from B. A. P., no refund for the extra paid for next day delivery, no explanation. So would I use, trust or recommend B. A. P.? WHAT DO YOU THINK!”

“Disappointed, my drill burnt out, so i needed a replacement immediately. I searched for a company that said they had a replacement & could provide next day delivery. I paid the extra for this but delivery took a week. Eventually they delivered my new drill 30 mins early when I was out. Then said I had signed for it.”

“No confirmation of sale received. No communication from seller. No date provided for delivery. Website said the item was in stock and would be dispatched the following day. After a week I had to contact the company. Only then was item dispatched and I received the following day. Wouldn’t use again.”

“Worse company to buy from, Takes 3 days to reply by email ordered tool on next day delivery didn’t turn up then got email with excuses, Then got a tracking number But they don’t tell you which company the tracking number is for you have to find that out yourself then when I did DHL got parcel on Monday and are not going to deliver it for another 5 days Told bank and I’m getting money refunded Terrible company to do business with”

“Hi my wife brought this t-stak box for my birthday for my dewalt DCW 210 cordless palm sander which she also brought.Ilike the quality of dewalt and how you can lock the t-stak boxes together.This was one of the best prices we found.Delivery was a little late but was due to current advents.I will use buy a parcel again in the future.”
