I placed an order with Buy A Parcel one Thursday lunchtime as their site advertised next day deliveries if orders are placed by 3.30pm. There is an additional cost for this. I paid my extra but never received anything the next day! I emailed customer services to say I needed it next day, so I have to cancel the order. OK, they said, but it was sent, and the courier was holding it for some reason, once returned, we will give you a refund, and they would get back to me. They didn't! As it was a weekend nothing arrived. Monday afternoon it arrived! To late for the job I question, I'd had to buy a sander locally to do the job on Friday. No response from B. A. P., no refund for the extra paid for next day delivery, no explanation. So would I use, trust or recommend B. A. P.? WHAT DO YOU THINK!
