“This order was superb. Items arrived next day (Saturday) for a reasonable additional price. Boxes are exactly what was required. 5 STARS for this order. I re-ordered 2 more boxes but with free delivery as I wasn't in a hurry. What a mistake! I have been waiting for over 10 days. I made contact eventually via PayPal as my emails were ignored. I was assured the boxes were being picked that day (6 days ago). Since then emails and PayPal messages are (or seem to be) being ignored. I was so happy with the first order but I would avoid this company at all costs now. If a member of the staff would care to contact me I may change my opinion as mistakes are made but at the moment I really would avoid them. I will leave the 5 stars for this order but please be aware of the inconsistencies of the delivery from this company.”

“Unfortunately this item has still not been delivered so I can not give a review of the product. The courier company used, Hermes, has now failed twice to deliver, on one occasion claiming that they could not find the front door of the building!!. And there is no option to talk to anyone at Hermes, just an automated service. The response from Buy a parcel to this situation has also been very poor. Again not able to talk to anyone, only via email that take days to respond.”
