“I ordered an extension hose for a Makita air blower through Buy A Parcel. I was a bit dubious at first as I hadn't heard of them. However, their price was roughly half of the cheapest I could find elsewhere, so I gave them a go. My parcel arrived within a few days and was exactly as described, a genuine Makita accessory for far less than anywhere else I could find it. I will definitely be buying from them again.”

“Had some problems with a missing item that coincided with the Company being really busy before Christmas leading to some delays with their customer services. Buy a parcel did e-mail out to advise of the issues they were experiencing which to be honest I was a bit miffed about the delays but understood. When I contacted them in the new year the customer service team sorted it out and sent the missing item within a couple of days. For me the true rating of a company can be seen when things don't go perfectly and how they address the issue. This company is excellent value, being cheaper than most, and has a real customer service ethos. Well done to your customer services team.”

“DO NOT USE!!!!! Ordered a 2x Festool rails, bag and joining bars. only sent out 1 rail and a bag. now saying the price wasn't displayed properly and won't reply to emails. cant get hold of anyone. very disappointing service. avoid this company.”
