We’ve looked into your case and understand that the item was delivered to a UK address but later taken overseas. While we’re happy to assist with a return and refund if there is a fault with the item, we’re unable to cover the cost of returning a product from overseas when it was originally delivered within the UK. “We’re do I start, redirected from eBay and the searching though the site, Site was simple and easy to follow, tbh is a dream for non computer users, All through to basket and then check out with the little reminders before check out, yea cost me plenty, was also gifted a dewalt driver set, So plenty to smile about when my treats arrived. Top quality as you expect from dewalt, packaging was very gd. And yes I have returned to purchase more following the link sent to my email with great offers. “These guys, got my parcel to me with a fast delivery. Unfor tunately the item was faulty on arrival, there wasn't any more in stock so after contacting them they immeiately sent a returns label and refunded me as this was the last in stock.”
