“They didn’t have in stock what they sold me even though it said in stock which then took about 2 weeks to come. Once it came it wasn’t DT7943 like I’d ordered, it was the set in the big flat case (that doesn’t fit in my draws which is the reason why I wanted the exact same one as I had before). By the time I’d already spoken to them through email about them not having any in stock and I’d have to wait another week I couldn’t be bothered getting in touch with them again to send them back. VERY disappointing service, when they didn’t even get in touch with me to say we can’t get the one you ordered but we’ve got this option instead, no , they just sent the one I didn’t order….”

“I love this, unfortunately the packaging arrived damaged and one bit was missing. Due to the winds the arch I was replacing had come down so a "fixed" it, almost invisibly and put it right up.”

“We received our item on the 14th of February and due to personal circumstances the item was not opened until this weekend just gone. Carry case was damaged and plug inside has bent pins and faulty. Rang customer service and because this was not inspected within 48 hours of delivery, they won't do anything about this. Not very good service - now left with a faulty item that cannot be used.”

They have advised due to the length of time since ordering and delivery, unfortunately we cannot honour claims for items arriving damaged or missing. We require notification within 48 hours of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for the security and care of a shipment once it has left the posession of the carrier.
