“What I ordered came in good condition, but it didn't come on the Saturday delivery which I paid for. The price of the items was good, better than many other websites. It was also clear what I was buying with a lot of detail on the website. I Would recommend buying from Buy a Parcel, but don't bother with Saturday delivery.”

“Fantastic service, I ordered the wrong item. So I contacted Buy a Parcel by phone, there was no long wait time and it was answered by a human. He sorted everything out. I returned the parcel for free and then got a full refund.. excellent service.”

“Response times for the order and delivery of goods, as well as the DeWalt equipment, deserves 5 stars and was excellent. However, the presentation of 15% discount shown on the Ebay site was very misleading. My recollection is that I was invited to use a code "Take Off 15" or something like that. It did not apply to my goods so I changed my order to buy some items elsewhere that offered clearer pricing and saved me some money.”
