We received our item on the 14th of February and due to personal circumstances the item was not opened until this weekend just gone.
Carry case was damaged and plug inside has bent pins and faulty.
Rang customer service and because this was not inspected within 48 hours of delivery, they won't do anything about this.
Not very good service - now left with a faulty item that cannot be used.
