“My tool boxes I ordered arrived damaged, and 2 boxes arrived with inserts for tools. I’m assuming the kits a bought, then the tools are sold on without the kit box, then the box is sold separately with Tstak job lots. Emailed to complain, no one had got back to me. Poor customer service. First and last time I use them.”

“Manual 2.4L Instant Heated Hot Water Tank 1.5kw for Boiling Hot Water Taps. I bought this to replace my second, failed, Insinkerator heater. It had split and corroded around the seam. This Manual Hot Water tank arrived quickly. I had asked Buy A Parcel to confirm some details on size and capacity before I bought the heater. They replied quickly with enough detail for me to be sure it would fit and work as I wanted. And it did. So, excelent company to deal with and a very good heater installed and working with no fuss. Thanks.”
