“I needed 6 tubes of shower panel silicone sealant and wanted the SHOWERWALL brand of sealant for my SHOWERWALL panels (as is recommended by the manufacturer). I was delighted to find that the very best price online for 6 (it was an actual 6 pack) was at BUYAPARCEL. Not only that, it was prompt FREE delivery at only 3 DAYS from ordering AND I received update emails from both BUYAPARCEL and the courier re delivery notification of the DAY of delivery and a PM time slot. “My tool boxes I ordered arrived damaged, and 2 boxes arrived with inserts for tools. I’m assuming the kits a bought, then the tools are sold on without the kit box, then the box is sold separately with Tstak job lots. Emailed to complain, no one had got back to me. Poor customer service. First and last time I use them.”
