“Service from Buyaparcel was excellent. I emailed a stock query to the team at Buyaparcel, I got a response very quickly and ordered a Dewalt Tstak trolley which was dispateched the same day and I received it the next day. Very impressed with the service thank you Buyaparcel Team.”

“I recently placed an order with buy a parcel and foolishly ordered the wrong item, and as a result needed to request a refund. The returns procedure was straight forward, and apart from a couple of hiccups on my part everything went well, and a refund was credited to my account in good time. I recommend buy a parcel.”

“As always with a new supplier there is a sense of doubt, but Buyaparcel were significantly cheaper than other suppliers and the service level was excellent. The product (Scalemaster Softline 150 Water Softener with 22m kit) arrived promptly with everything in box which was not the same for another supplier we used. Tracked delivery and no problems”

“The service and delivery were very good. However there is a problem with the product supplied; the boxes sent were not universal and compartmentalised for specific tools . None of which are suitable for the intended use. Awaiting a resolution.”
