Hello, We are sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet, so we can look into this for you can you please email our team at websales@buyaparcel.com and include your order number which will start either WB or EB, or if you don't have this to hand then the full address you put on the order at checkout. Our phone lines are currently closed as some of staff is working from different locations due to this Covid pandemic, and a message does state this when you call our number.

“Having never heard of buyaparcel, we were a little wary when ordering. We need not have worried, they were so efficient and quick with despatching our order and letting us know each step of the way what was happening it was great. Our parcel was very carefully and well packaged. Having had problems with 3 online plumbing sites we were absolutely amazed at the service from buyaparcel, it is just a shame they don't have the other bits we need. Will definitely be bookmarking this company and will be our 'go to' company for the future. Thank you so much buyaparcel :)”

“Levels are very good But Paid next day delivery any it took 2 weeks to come Very disappointed and will probably not use them again I would have paid more locally if I new this was going to be the case”

Hi, we are sorry to hear there was a delay with you receiving your online order. We can see you got in contact with our customer service team to report this delay and they processed a refund for the postage you paid back to you. We can see you placed the order on 8th September but the order was delivered to your address by the carrier until the 17th Sept, so we do apologise that there was such a long delay in you receiving your order as this is not the normal turn around time for online orders.

“Had been looking for a Black & Decker sander but local D.I.Y stores do not seem to stock this item. Found what I was looking for at Buyaparcel at a good price. Ordered first thing in the morning and it arrived by lunchtime the following day.”

“The illustration on line and the description "Multi Tool Set" indicated that there were three items for the price. I could have purchased the cordless trimmer with separate handle for about £20 less. Throwing in a pair of gloves in the deal wasn't much compensation. The delivery was very prompt though.”

Hi, We can see you contacted our customer support team on 7th September and we replied on 9th September to advise we can either arrange to collect your order so a full refund can be issued back to you as we had sold out of this kit, or you could contact DeWalt under their warranty so DeWalt can collect the tool from you to test and then repair/replace under their warranty and send back to you. We can see you went for the option to deal direct with DeWalt, if you have not received the repaired/replaced tool back you can contact DeWalt and they will update you on what is happening with your tool.
