“I've bought 2 or 3 items from Buy A Parcel. They seem to have the unique ability to offer low prices whilst maintaining great service. They sell many Makita items too! Does it get any better?”

Hi, We can see you contacted our customer support team on 7th September and we replied on 9th September to advise we can either arrange to collect your order so a full refund can be issued back to you as we had sold out of this kit, or you could contact DeWalt under their warranty so DeWalt can collect the tool from you to test and then repair/replace under their warranty and send back to you. We can see you went for the option to deal direct with DeWalt, if you have not received the repaired/replaced tool back you can contact DeWalt and they will update you on what is happening with your tool.

“Drill was very good value and exactly as described. Took slightly longer to dispatch than I thought but only by a couple of days. I am knocking it down by one star because of the awful delivery - not 'buy a parcels' fault but the DPD delivery was made to the wrong address with a lot of hassle involved with then not 'fessing up about the error.”

“Item arrived damaged which was the couriers fault, yet the customer service team at Buy a Parcel were quick to help sort an exchange and even the collection of the damaged item. Ive not experience such a high level of customer service in years! Should mention that the price of the item was the best on the Internet and with free delivery! Very happy customer 👍”

“Buy A Parcel exceeded my expectations with their customer service providing me with confidence to purchase from them again. Unfortunately the product I had purchased, although delivered exceptionally promptly, was faulty when I opened the package. Buy A Parcel handled my complaint with courtesy and resolved the complaint promptly arranging for the faulty product to be collected and a full refund provided - I would recommend this company most highly”
