“I still have not received my item and have contacted eBay direct with my complaint I sent the disclaimer form to the email address supplied on form and have heard nothing since My patience is running out after spending £262.99”

It does state on all eBay international listings that all corded tools are supplied with a UK 3 Pin 240v Plug as standard, and that an adaptor would have to be purchased by the buyer to use this tool. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to raise a return request via eBay so you can return it back to us for a full refund.
