“Buy A Parcel exceeded my expectations with their customer service providing me with confidence to purchase from them again. Unfortunately the product I had purchased, although delivered exceptionally promptly, was faulty when I opened the package. Buy A Parcel handled my complaint with courtesy and resolved the complaint promptly arranging for the faulty product to be collected and a full refund provided - I would recommend this company most highly”

The original £2.99 postage you paid at checkout was refunded back to your PayPal account on 15th September 2020 at 11:22am. “THIS IS A FANTASTIC SIZE TAPE WITH KEYRING FOR TO KNOW WHERE THE TAPE IS AT ALL TIME WITH YOUR KEYS. B A P WENT A LONG WAY TO MAKE SURE I HAD MY TAPE AS SOON AS I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY TAPE THEY INSTENTLY SENT A SECOND WHICH ARRIVED SO 100% SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE OF THE MINI TAPE.
