“Box was a bit grubby and covered in tape, but contents appeared new and accessories in factory sealed bag. Significantly cheaper than elsewhere online and delivered as per estimate so no reason not to use again.”

“Our water softener started to leak a little (16 years old) so an Internet search led us to buy a replacement unit, a Calmag CalSoft Mini. A further search found Buy A Parcel, who had a great price and quick delivery date available. It was delivered as promised, and having fitted it myself I’m very happy with this the product and the service received.”

“Unfortuanltly my experience so far is not every good, I bought a parcel that according to your delivery information was going to arrive within 3 days of ordering. That was 7 days ago an I still have not received my package. I have no understandng of a way of tracking where my parcel is, I tried several times yesterday to call your customer service number only to be directed to an email address which I did email, as well as filling your contact us process on the web site. I have had no communications from yourselves other than to write a review for you. If someone could check the email account and get back to me I would be grateful. Thank you. Oh I have created an account with your website so I could track my parcel but that is telling me I have no parcel to track. I do have the screen shots of the checking out an payment process an how much I paid.”
