“To this date I did not receive any confirmation or email of any order or payment. Only when it arrived did I get an email saying it had arrived. Money was preauthorised but this confused me as I had no order confirmation. Eventually went through. Product looks great and price was a good deal. Left hanging for a few days. Customer service email and system is unreliable.”
