“Parcel went missing and I never received it. Awaiting a replacement but now out of stock. I appreciate difficult times but was difficult to contact anyone and get a response. Very frustrating. Hoping that when stock arrives my item will be sent straight away by express.”

“No qualms with the product ... after all why should i have? Its a Makita. So Buyaparcel.com - No problem, easy order , great price (£6 more than Screwfix, but they have no stock .. £65 CHEAPER than another online entity i had never heard of. I will use Buyaparcel.com again and recommend them to others.”

“Basically Reviews are a scam. Buy A Parcel are awful to deal with, with zero means of contacting them. But from their 'reviews' you would never know that. They take your money, fail to deliver and refuse to respond to emails. The phones have been taken off line. I'm writing this because you only see 5 star reviews listed - they don't list anything negative unless you search for it. So my advice is to stay away and choose another company.”
