“Staff are always friendly and efficient, they are very knowledgeable about the products and direct you to the best feeds etc. The fork truck and loading lads are truly brilliant and always have a quick chat and pet my dogs. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from Burnhills. During these difficult times Burnhills managed to supply and deliver my much needed pet food within 3 days of ordering. Excellent customer service, they kept me informed of where my delivery was and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. They definitely could teach some of the other pet suppliers a thing or two.”
