“This is a review of the ordering process only. The website works well and it is simple to try different options out, and see real-time changes to the pricing. Does all look and feel a bit dated but that's understandable given how much custom capability is embedded. Now have to wait and see how the unit is.”

“Good Windows for the price. This is my second order. The first was delivered as ordered with no mistakes. The only minor complaint is there were a couple of gouges in the frames from the factory, inside the packaging due to rough handling and quite a bit of blue marker pen that has to be cleaned off afterwards.”

“Very pleased with the experience of buying sliding door window via the website. The information and options are clearly led out. I sadly received a damaged window and did not notice at delivery, therefore I was responsible. Nevertheless, customer service helped me replace the broken element at a reasonable price. In the end, I am satisfied with the window's quality”
