“I ordered a window on the 9th October, delivery stated between 10-15 days. Having heard nothing at all by today which is the 26th, 13 working days after I placed my order and they advise delivery will be the 3rd November which is 18 days after I placed my order, apparently the timescales changed to between 10-20 days after id placed my order but they failed to update me with this. The contact from them has been non existent even though it says on the website "You will be given a delivery date a few days after ordering" this did not happen. I'm still not hopeful the window will even turn up, this is not a good way to treat customers especially in such a competitive market. I will be advising anyone thinking of ordering to stay well away.”

We are sad to see that due to a 3 day delay you rated us as only 1 star, without even having seen the window you ordered. We sincerely apologise for the delay informing you. We are in the process of implementing a new system ensuring that customers receive much earlier a delivery date with complete order details. “MW38414, I bought French doors with side windows with Thumb turn locks came with key locks so I never bothered complaining and just fitted the doors, I paid extra for triple glazing as I live in a coastal property when we had bad wind recently the top and the bottom of the master door was coming away from the frame I did not realise until this happened that they had not put shooting bolts top and bottom of the Master door even though they’ve put the holes/keeps to take them and Was told that they put them in on their site when ordering, so when I emailed them explaining what they’re done, 3 days later their reply was they didn’t think they need them because they wasn’t that tall when I explained that the wind pushes the top corners out and the rain comes in along with some photos they just ignored me I’ve emailed them several times with no reply, so I am left wondering why they give a guarantee will not be using this company again, because they don’t give you an option in days and I’ll quickly they reply I have put over a week.”

“I have made an order with this company and find communication with them very hard. They do not reply to my emails, nor do they pick their phone. They also see my messages at Facebook and do not reply!!!!”

“i have been on this site so many times it is logged in my favourites bar - i am a semi retired builder of 45 yrs i have had lots of time to research lots of companies and these guys are looking really good getting excited to see the product i have ordered before placing a large order i just know its going to be ok”

“Absolutely great website to design your own doors and windows. We configure a door and window for our new porch. We wanted a leaded pane of glass in the side window of the door - something we couldn't configure on the on-line app. I spoke with Steve and he made a bespoke change to the door in our basket and we selected the amended order and it was done! Super customer service!!”

“Previously ordered all our windows for our property. Great experiance from start to finish, easy to order great team to speak to when needed. Delivery driver experiance was great very helpful and efficant. We have had such a good experiance we have now ordered our composite front door and excited for this to arrive, we have also recommmended to pur family friends and cusomers we have.”

“Totally disappointed! Last September had guttering renewed. However one downpipe was not replaced as quoted for so returned to do this. Within a few days another downpipe fell apart. Had to temporily fix it ourselves - still haven't returned to fix it properly despite many calls and promises. Also fascia board was not replaced as paid for. This has, however, recently been corrected. Sorry, won't be using this firm again!”

“I am 6 years into my 2 year home refurbishment project! I've just made my 3rd order with Modern UPVC Windows since 2018. That in itself should tell you something. I have found the ordering process to be easy using their well thought out website. All the information needed to make an informed decision is available as you browse, with plenty of video guides and help articles and context relevant help available at every stage. In addition, should you need any advice or assistance, actual real human beings are readily available by phone. How old school / great is that? The likelihood though is that you'll be able to research, build and order your required windows / doors etc via the operationally slick website without any problems whatsoever, as it guides you logically through the process. My previous two orders arrived on time and were delivered by the company's own delivery team and transport. I'm sure the service will be just as good this time. I have been pleased with the quality of the products and the service provided. Hence, I am a happy returning customer. Well done M UPVC W. I look forward to receiving my latest window.”

“I have had all my replacement windows from Modern UPVC and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the windows, the ease in ordering and the delivery times etc. I have also found them to be very helpful when I have needed to ring them to clarify things. “I haven't received the product yet but the website is easy to navigate and use, with pop up explanations when needed and all of the choices we required (like thumb turn locks and low threshold on doors). The price is good too. We visited the showroom (a little hard to find as it is shared with their sister customer - right at the back of the trading estate) to check the chosen colour and finish and the salesperson gave us some really good advice on design and fitting. So far, great!”
