“Great service from start to end. The design tool on their website makes it very easy to visualise your windows and ensure they look as you want. Delivery is well organised and the windows are of great quality and well made. We ordered 8 windows initially and have now ordered another 1. The service couldn't have been better. The windows all look and function great.”

“MW153694 06/10/2026 The delivery driver, with a huge attitude problem, flatly refused to deliver three small windows, to the garden next to my front door, which was a very short walk from the van, and expected me, a 72 year old man with a dodgy knee, to carry everything in for him. He insisted that the delivery was only to the kerbside outside my home, there is no mention of this fact on their website only "assistance is required". Despite phoning up to complain to the dispatch manager, my windows were left propped up against a neighbours fence 20 metres away in the street from my front gate. To put this into perspective, two weeks ago I had a delivery from Wickes of three 1.2mx2.4m sheets of plasterboard each weighing 24Kg, far heavier and more cumbersome than any of the windows. The delivery guy took the sheets off the van and brought them to my front door without me even asking. The service (or lack of) I have received today from Modern UPVC Windows is the worst I have ever encountered in my entire life, I'm amazed they've managed to stay in business. The heaviest of the window frames weighed 12Kg, and the heaviest window pane weighed 18Kg, well within the lifting capability of the the average man, and therefore not requiring any assistance from myself. The only items that the "delivery" driver deigned to bring to my front door were the cills and frame extenders.”
