“I really like a few things about the service provided here. if you know exactly what you want or perhaps especially if you don't and you're making up your mind about the details, using modern UPVC windows web site to play with configuration, spacing, and options, and see the price reflected immediately without the need to face down any pushy salesman. I haven't received any support through this process so can't comment on that, however, i didn't really feel like I needed any as the design process covers the important issues such as building reg requirements for toughened glazing and trickle vents. This is only my first order. I'll certainly be returning to source windows for the front of my project should all go well.”

“No, I did not have a bad experience, on the contrary good company, good quality products, excellent delivery and a very good price. All I have asked is that my patio door lock is a bit too stiff even when the door is open. Is there anything I can do to make it a bit easier due to my finger arthritis?. I have already oil it but is still a bit stiff. If the lock is made that way, then I suppose we have to put up with it. I am not complaining, I have just ask a question.”
