“We bought some windows for our house a few years ago, they arrived on time, excellent quality. The house is now nice and warm and doesn't cost much to heat! A couple of years later one of the units failed and there was some condensation in the window, it was replaced without question under guarantee. We have now ordered some more for another project. Thank you for your excellent products and service.”

“Easy to order and well priced products, but unfortunately sometimes products lacking attention to detail and finish. Ordered solid core composite doors, but unfortunately frame is 3mm narrower at the top! Now the top always catches and makes them louder and harder to open and close. All panes have even narrow gaps, but at the top it gets narrower. Poorly built door frame in my opinion. I’ve bought lots of windows too over the time and most of the time they’re good, but one of the windows is not finished as it should. Looks horrible, but I needed the window to install and didn’t want to send it back that would delay everything for weeks. Please see photo uploaded. If you’re lucky you’ll have good product, but it’s hit and miss. That’s my honest experience.”
