“I have used Modern Windows a number of times and have found them both obliging and responsive with their backup and support. A wonderful talking point has been the Sliding window which I ordered and they supplied in the form a patio slider complete with a locking handle and shoot bolts. Inadvertantly matching the other frames it is a very usefull and much envied designer first which has been quietly photographed and a one which I expect I will see copied. Modern windows take a bow! (Photo to follow.)”

“as a builder we have always used medern upvc windows for our builds. we find the ordereing process easy, the prices excelent and have never experienced any problems. delivery times are a little slower than they used to be, hence 4 stars.”

“Easy enough online design page for composite door, says the old fashioned dinosaur ordering it. Had french doors before 5 years ago no problem with them so thats the 4star ,if composite is ok we will move up to 5 stars, not here yet.”

“I found the website for designing the windows we require extremely helpful in guiding you through the design and selection process. I have only ordered 2 windows at this point but will need a further 2 windows and a door in the near future for my current extension project, but if the quality of the rest of the service works out as well as the design and ordering process I will certainly be back in the near future for the rest of the items I require.”

“Everything about ordering gave me confidence that this company have been doing this for some time. “Really likes the amount of options available on the site, I couldn't seem to be able to make by specific requirements on other sites where the product was around a similar value so great value for money so far. 4/5 as the site feels dated and a bit confusing to use.”

“I found the website very user friendly and helpful to those of us who dont not measure and buy windows very often. i will say I found it difficult to change measurements on items placed in the basket, so had to get round that by re-doing the item then deleting the original. Preobably a system clitch and easy enough to work round once you have sussed out a work around. Overall a very straighforward experience.”
