“I made my first order in 2020 during COVID, and the delivery and customer service were fantastic. The color is beautiful, and the windows make a big difference in comfort and noise reduction. The only issues are that the seam and hardware could be improved, but I believe this was due to the challenging times. Overall, I'm pleased and hopeful that my new order will meet high expectations :)”

“We have been very impressed with the range of windows on offer and the ease at which we can personalise the size and shape to our own specification. We require one window to be fitted by your team and we had an immediate response date for the survey to check we have measured our first floor window correctly. A quick call to the office ensured that I understood the time frame for the manufacture, delivery and fitting of this bedroom window. On another note, we appreciated gentle reminders of current building regulations re glass and ventilation. 5 star rating for the service so far.”
