“I have used Modern UPVC Windows previously for windows and composite doors and now returning for a couple of composite doors. They have fabulous customer service with a very friendly team. One aspect they need to work on is communication on the day of delivery where customers receive an update by phone or text when delivery is arriving or potentially a "track" feature.”

“We are purchasing a Korniche roof lantern and Modern UPVC Windows offer an excellent single source of information to a potential customer compared to lots of other retailers. Sizes are customisable to the mm and all trim and glass combinations are available. They provide comprehensive information from the manufacturer to ensure you specify and select the correct product. Purchase process appears to be straightforward but did appear to have a technical glitch first time around which has been reported. Order placed at time of review, waiting for the sales process to complete and product delivery.”

“I have just completed my second order from Modern UPVC Windows. The first went well but one handle was crooked showing that care needs to be paid to quality control. The company does seem to be rather difficult to contact by phone as they don't show the number on the website (luckily I have it from an old receipt).”

“SECOND ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, FIRST ORDER WAS COMPLAINT FREE. THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY WITH THE ORDER, BUT WAS NOTIFIED WELL IN ADVANCED. ALL AROUND PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND PRODUCT RECEIVED.”

“Cannot offer the full 5 stars as yet, because we have not as yet received the windows. However, the website is clear and functional, the pricing competitive and the overall shopping experience has been low stress. Our one suggested improvement would be to make it clear in the shopping basket that obscured glass has been specified.”
