“Lots of configuration options for windows and doors so you can create what you want. Lots of information on the products, measuring up and how to fit. The payment screen took a while to load”

“Not a bad website, however It could be made better. For example, when ordering the options like doors, packers/fillers should be automatically added. Maybe I was doing it wrong , but I had to add another door to the basket to make additions and then remove the old one. Also, I'm not sure whether I will need cover strips as I have currently? Do these new doors take that into account?”

“I have yet to receive the windows I have ordered, however, I have found the reponse to enquiries made on finishes etc, extremely helpful. Staff have responded quickly and provided information and colour swatches in a friendly manner. The website guides you through the ordering process and prompts you at the appropriate time to consider whether you require add ons, such as vents and escape hinges. Very pleased with the service to date.”
