“No way to reply to Katy at Modern UPVC, but I suspect this firm already knows that! So below find copy of review and reply from Modern UPVc. My reply to Katy at Modern UPVC is Thank you Katy. I accept your offer. Please arrange asap. You have my contact details. Copy of review and reply: Beware, if the goods you receive are faulty, you are on your own because they just do not care. I have received from Modern UPVC a pretty looking external composite door that sadly doesn't work! Unfortunately despite my many attempts to have the issues resolved, Modern UPVC windows has done nothing at all. This is my experience and this is the only parameter I can go by to measure this company integrity and the quality of the goods they sell. “I have just completed my second order from Modern UPVC Windows. The first went well but one handle was crooked showing that care needs to be paid to quality control. The company does seem to be rather difficult to contact by phone as they don't show the number on the website (luckily I have it from an old receipt).”

“Ordered a window which arrived in poor condition. Could be a driver fault but two seals had rips in them and a few nicks out the window frame. Lots of scuffs and scratches most of which I managed to get out with a solvent cleaner . But the tears in the seal mean it will probably leak at some point both of which are on the outer ones . Had to fit the window as I didn't realize until installation. Gutted”
