“After much nagging, I decided to let hubby fit me a brand-new bathroom plus a window - ours must be 20 years old at least. There is a lot of competition out there for your business but eventually, I settled on Modern UPVC Windows. The website was easy to use, nicely laid out and everything you might need to think about is included in the ordering process so I felt in good hands. I will report back again once the window arrives!”

“By far (and really by far), the most easy to use website to design and select the perfect windows. I spent weeks scouring different uPVC websites trying to find a design process that removes any uncertainty in what is being ordered. I had a small issue with Amex (website does not take it despite allowing you to choose the payment method), but this was very helpfully resolved with a quick call (no BS AI menu to go through, or loads of options, answered directly in a few seconds.) I have not received the goods yet, but so far, quite a slick ordering/customer service experience.”

“The quality of the windows has surpassed expectations. Unfortunately a couple of panes cracked on installation, requiring me to order replacement. Pip was fantastic! She was quick to help me and get the replacement order sorted. The customer service was very good and alleviated any worries.”

“This is now the third order we have made with the company! We are really happy with the quality of the windows/doors and the large selection of choice to suit what we are looking for! Any queries/changes we have needed to make to an order have been dealt with quickly and professionally with no problems at all. Delivery is also very accurate which means you aren't waiting around on the day of delivery. Overall, great service and great quality! A company we can trust.”
