“Fantastic Website to order Windows for Novices or trade alike. Very intuitive. Best I have come across. I picked this Company based on the quality of materials they are using. “Beware, if the goods you receive are faulty, you are on your own because they just do not care. I have received from Modern UPVC a pretty looking external composite door that sadly doesn't work! Unfortunately despite my many attempts to have the issues resolved, Modern UPVC windows has done nothing at all. This is my experience and this is the only parameter I can go by to measure this company integrity and the quality of the goods they sell. No repeat business from me.”

Good Afternoon Adam, Thank you for your review, we did report this problem to the door supplier some time ago however they did not initially come back to us. I have raised a complaint with them. As per my email to you on 10/01, Solidor have now offered a site visit to come and resolve the problem with your door. If you can please respond then I will be happy to arrange this. “Cannot offer the full 5 stars as yet, because we have not as yet received the windows. However, the website is clear and functional, the pricing competitive and the overall shopping experience has been low stress. Our one suggested improvement would be to make it clear in the shopping basket that obscured glass has been specified.”

“Have used these guys a few times and have always been very happy with the product. Although there are a few options missing from their offering eg. triangular windows, juliet doors with no external handles and tilt/open windows with side panels, otherwise the basics are quick and easy to use, and their prices are the best I've found anywhere.”
