“Delivered to empty building and left there for days without notification despite our constantly chasing for update on delivery! We had to spend time and money going to property to pick up and have asked for a refund for the additional diesel. Have not even received a reply.”

“Ordered 2 boards on 29/3, paid, and received emails to say they had been processed and prepared to be dispatched. When I called to chase after a week, I was messaged back to say they were out of stock, so hadn’t been sent. The next day I had a WhatsApp message to say they were back in stock. 5 days later, and still nothing to confirm they are either dispatched or even available for me. Finally received after over 2 weeks, badly damaged…”

“I paid for my order and then 4 days later got an email saying that my goods were out of stock even though I had paid for the good and my order accepted and received a refund 5 days later, I wasn't happy.”

“My order was not delivered! I had to contact you to chase up said order . To be told goods were damaged and returned to depot?? No advise to myself about the fact the order would not be fulfilled. Very poor service I feel . Yours sincerely S. Clarke .”

“The phenolic board edge primer I bought arrived with no instructions for use, NO SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS, in fact it arrived in tins with no labels at all, not even to say what’s in the tin. I contacted Builders Market Place and received a single instruction, to apply with a scraper 🤔”

“The item ordered was originally out of stock so I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock. I received this notification on 24/02/2022 and immediately placed an order. I then received an email on 25/02/2022 to advise me that my order was due to be dispatched and would take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. As of 09/03/2022 it still has not been received. I spoke to 2 members of staff on 04/03/2022 and requested a refund of the delivery charge of £9.59 due to the poor service and miscommunication. This was refused. I asked for the matter to be referred to senior management and was promised a call back the same day. This never happened. I was told that my product was not due in at your warehouse until 10/03/2022 and would be dispatched immediately. I am very unhappy with the level of service provided and would welcome a call from one of the company directors to discuss further. My number is 07984 313041”

“I ordered some Sundeala board but I wasn't happy with it. It was supposed to be a pinboard but it was smelly, gave off a grey dust and was difficult to get pins in. Not happy.”

“As already stated my carpenter found 2 holes roughly filled with decorators filler on edge of second door this was after finding scratches which needed sanding on first door, photos already supplied on Saturdays e-mail. Totally unacceptable”

“3-5 days delivery (never happen), after 10 days I called to ask what is wrong with my delivery, after arranging the delivery day, they cancel in the last moment. Fully refund at the end.”
