The item ordered was originally out of stock so I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock. I received this notification on 24/02/2022 and immediately placed an order. I then received an email on 25/02/2022 to advise me that my order was due to be dispatched and would take 2 to 5 working days to arrive. As of 09/03/2022 it still has not been received. I spoke to 2 members of staff on 04/03/2022 and requested a refund of the delivery charge of £9.59 due to the poor service and miscommunication. This was refused. I asked for the matter to be referred to senior management and was promised a call back the same day. This never happened. I was told that my product was not due in at your warehouse until 10/03/2022 and would be dispatched immediately. I am very unhappy with the level of service provided and would welcome a call from one of the company directors to discuss further. My number is 07984 313041
