My delivery date changed 3 times and then arrived when I mentioned that I was not present at the address so I then had to get someone to collect it for me. All in all a lot of my time was wasted so I am not satisfied

Still sellig items that they dont have in stock, no communication from them and had to wait over a month to finally receive my items

I received the bin lid promptly but now 2 weeks later am still awaiting the delivery of fixing pins that i paid for desoite emails.

We never received any phone call or text message prior to delivery as was discussed & agreed on. Therefor the product was just dumped in our driveway & condition received in unsigned for.

Really poor service overall. Avoid unless it's desperate. It took over a month to finally receive an order placed via the Builders Marketplace website using their own PayPal option. After 10 days I enquired about the delay and no one had a clue. Had to call back the following day with details to be told it wasn't their fault and it was my fault for paying the wrong PayPal account - THEIR account and only one available on their site - and that rather than BM arranging a refund, I would have to go to PayPal to request it myself. Meanwhile, I was also expected to pay AGAIN for the item to "definitely go out tonight, so you'll have it in 2-3 days". After another 10 days I had to contact BM once again as the item still hadn't been delivered, and once again, I had to email proof of my order because no one could be bothered to take details over the phone and look it up. The following day I had a call back to say the courier had obviously lost my order, so a new one would be sent out, which I finally received 5 days later.

I ordered waste bin pins. They arrived about a week after I ordered them. One of them, half the head was missing. It didn’t break in the post as it wasn’t in the plastic bag they arrived in. I did think I had ordered one but two turned up. One was broken so it was ok.

Service is poor. My delivery arrived warped and they offered a partial refund after I sent a photo. when I used it for other purposes, they refused to honour the refund. I thought no one packed it and used it. They declared they needed another photograph of the impact. This was after the offer.

Product very good but took over 2 weeks to get delivered making my job over run. DHL are a disgrace and should not be used

Goods didn't arrive in time for the job even though I'd ordered them in good time. Cancelled order and got a refund. Not much use if you've got a job to do!

Not great first experience. Even after paying £12 for delivery for £25 item, the delivery was delayed and it was very difficult to get hold of someone to discuss about the order. Very unhelpful customer service. Product was as advertised so really disappointed that the delivery let you down.

Rather poor communication; a week on from ordering I requested ETA to be told 3.6 Bk decking out of stock. Was offered 4m, accepted; two days later told no Bk in any length, offered anthracite, accepted. Another two days I was asked to confirm anthracite was acceptable, I did. Four further days parcel one arrives black end caps supplied (instead of anthracite) two were damaged due to poor packaging. Two further days parcel two arrived, without ETA or tracking , flat panels were damaged and not anthracite. 26th November order placed, two and a half weeks later I am unable to start the planned project. Hugely frustrating.

Order still not received after almost 2 weeks. No communication except when I have rung up. They are friendly enough on the phone but they haven’t been able to locate my order or tell me when it’s going to be delivered. Either their courier company is seriously letting them down or they are disorganised their end. I wouldn’t order here if you need it in a hurry.

Good quality material. Unfortunately corners were damaged. I tried to fix them with wood glue, it doesnt look very good but its ok.

Poor communication about delay in delivery. Waited for weeks and had t contact them for updates. Positive: when I asked for a complete refund and cancelled the order they were happy to oblige.
