Still waiting for my product to be delivered its been 2 weeks still not received it. Very disappointing.

The melamine I ordered was not delivered when it should have been. I was not informed of any problems and waited in for it. On contacting the delivery company I was told it had been returned due to bad packaging. I then had to contact Builders Marketplace to cancel my order and I, enentually, got my money back after contacting them again. Things would have been so much easier if they had kept me informed, especially when the goods were returned to them.

I ordered a bin lid, was informed it was on its way and then an email telling me 6 weeks before delivery. I sent a reply asking if they had any coloured lid as all lids were still showing in stock and had no reply. To be honest, just writing my cash off after reading past reviews.

Took almost a month for the Ply to arrive. I was told that DHL had a problem locating my address. They have been delivering regularly for donkey's years to this address and know the lady delivery driver well. Will not use again.

I ordered an item, had message to say it was ready for delivery, then heard nothing. I struggled to get anyone to answer the phone, several days later I got through only to be to.d the item was out of stock. Extremely poor communication.

Very poor service. There was no correspondence from the sender or driver. Delivered my package to the wrong address and left it abruptly on my neighbour's property without informing me of it. It is lost now; there has been no refund till now. Beware of ordering from them.

Customer service is shocking! £75 for delivery in 3-7 days. It's been 17 working days now and I still have no idea when to expect my order. I've tried calling to speak to someone and it tells you to send an email. I've sent several emails and all I get back (eventually) is that I will get a text when the order is despatched.

I am still waiting for my delivery which suppose to be delivered on 21 June. Tried to call but no one to answer, instead there is a msg saying to email. I've been emailing since and I'm still waiting for my long lost delivery. Very poor customer service. If I don't get a refund or my delivery soon, I'm gonna have to go thru legal channels.

Very poor customer service. Product ordered didn’t arrive and no response to 3 emails. No option to talk to anyone - the phone number given only tells you to email. Have cancelled order and am waiting for refund.

Delivery of the order failed. Order had to be cancelled after 2 weeks. After another 2 weeks the refund wasn’t through, so they said it would be refunded. Two weeks later still no refund. They said their system had failed and they would process the refund. After two months I got my refund!

Couldn't confirm delivery of item - said two weeks and then again delayed Finally had to book elsewhere to ensure we received one and confirmed the day before they said it would come back into stock and they said it's now being delivered (despite not being advised of it even being in stock or being sent out) and can't stop it! I have now have double bins and won't answer for a refund or return!

I like to give credit where it`s due but so much went wrong that it`s difficult in this case. The order was placed on 13 Feb with 2 to 5 days delivery but arrived on 27 Feb. I ordered a 6ft x 2ft sheet of decorative MDF but received a piece 3ft x 2ft, clearly sawn off from a larger sheet (although I managed to make do with it, thankfully). And my "safe place" (porch) was not given to the courier, who was told instead to leave it with an (unspecified) neighbour.

This has easily got to be the worst company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered 8 composite fence panels and 6 of the 8 arrived damaged. I requested that the company arrange a courier to uplift all the panels and arrange a refund as per my statutory right under the sale of goods act and distance selling regs. The company have issued a partial refund for the damaged goods but won't arrange a courier to uplift the goods or refund for the undamaged goods. I mean, what the actual F#@k!! Why would I want 2 fence panels when I ordered 8 and why would I want the hassle of having to dispose of 6 damaged panels. It's not rocket science, collect your shoddy goods and give me a refund you useless feckers.

Ordered and paid for a red wheelie bin. After 7 days no bin had been delivered. So I emailed to ask what had happened to be told they were out of stock for a month!! I was offered a grey or green bin which I refused and asked for a refund. Still to receive this though. The company knew they were out of stock but still took my order. Not impressed at all.
