“I ordered some catering tea towels. They are a fraction of the quality I was expecting. It is the thickness of a cheap dish cloth. I have tea towels from 5 years ago that look better than these did after one wash.”

As these are part of our budget range due to the price, we would recommend our prestige tea towels as those would be much thicker. “I did find the ordering a bit of a challenge and the order confirmation was not very easy to understand. I was not sure what i had actually ordered and there were no links back to the website to see items. I think you could significantly improve your website. The linens have all been excellent quality and when i discovered i had ordered too many double duvets you took them back and refunded me, so very happy with the service.”

“Liars, scammers and cheats. Every six weeks they’ll say your refund has being passed to the finance team and you’ll be refunded in 1-3 days. It’s being months and still unable to get a refund. Everybody avoid!!”

Dear Kelon, Please accept my sincere apologies for the time it took to receive your refund. Our standard refund timeframe is 3-5 days for card payments. “I ordered two single fitted cotton sheets, at first there was a mix up with me getting someone else’s order,however that was easily sorted. The single sheets when they came looked good quality however they are a very neat single. It was a job to get them to fit over the corners of the mattress. I have kept them but I am wondering if the seams on the corner will hold up as they are under strain because they are so tight fitting.”
