“The good I ordered were delivered and if good quality. However, when I noticed I actually needed extra deep fitted sheets versus normal, I immediately send a message through the platform used by the vendor. This was within hours after buying. They never responded and probably didn’t even read it, hence I received the wrong sheets. I made the mistake in my order but why do you offer a messaging platform but don’t even read or act on it? I would have give 5 if the service would have been proper instead of lousy”
