CHECK YOUR ORDER EXTREMELY CAREFULLY!! I’ve ordered from BW several times but unfortunately this recent large order will be my last. Order checked upon arrival and all appeared well enough apart from some small staining on bath mats. Upon opening some fresh bedding weeks later I found that one item was the wrong colour (off pink/taupe instead of white) & one item was the wrong size (double instead of king) despite those items being labelled correctly on external packaging. Make sure to very carefully check each item by comparing labels to the packaging! Not easily done for large orders which i’m sure they rely upon us failing to do! Unfortunately after speaking to customer service Suhail failed to fully resolve the issue due to an item having been washed (apparently my mistake was relying on the packaging label!)

We have been emailing the customer regularly to resolve the issue. We offered to send out the correct item and for the customer to keep the other item at a discounted rate as it could to have been returned due to is being washed. Best Regards Bon

Initially very promising - good price and lead time. However, after placing the order I was told that some items were to be delayed. They suggested sending me just the available items first, as I needed them quickly, and that part went fine. However, it has been a real challenge trying to get the remaining items - they told me they were ready to deliver last Monday. Nothing happened. I waited till Thursday, contacted them again - they said the remaining items were now ready. I got a notification from DPD that they would be delivered on Friday. However, they did not turn up and today, Monday, DPD is still saying it will be delivered last Friday (in the past). So I phoned them again and they "think DPD might have lost the parcel" but are still looking into it. In addition, a couple of the towels in the first delivery were damaged (lots of loose threads). They said they would send 2 replacements in the second shipment. I would have given them 1 star, but I have given 2 because at least when I try to contact them they do answer the phone promptly, and there is someone there to actually have a conversation with - but the problem is it still hasn't resulted in me receiving all the items I paid for, and it's now 2 weeks since placing something which was to be delivered within 2 days.

Fast shipping but no attention given sending ripped linen which not even a blind would miss

I ordered some catering tea towels. They are a fraction of the quality I was expecting. It is the thickness of a cheap dish cloth. I have tea towels from 5 years ago that look better than these did after one wash.

As these are part of our budget range due to the price, we would recommend our prestige tea towels as those would be much thicker. Still not received items and when I chased the order they informed me they were now out of stock. I am waiting for a replacement items and refund to arrive.

Usually brilliant but the items arrived in a burst box with sticky tape all over it and the cushions were all exposed, I did email with photos but still received no reply

The product I had ordered, was out of stock. No notification was sent, only when I contacted, after not receiving my order was told out of stock until September !!!!!

Very thin sheets. I can’t understand why they got 5 stars. They should be thermal flannelette cotton sheets, but they might as well be summer sheets they’re so thin and poor quality. I won’t be shopping here again.

Order 13941. I am very disappointed with the quality of these fitted sheets. For the price I expected better - they feel wholly polyester and not cotton/ polyester mix. I don't believe they will last long.

I have still not received my order, I have sent 2 emails and both times rather than responding to my email they have tried to call me. When I tried to return the call I have not spoke to anyone.
