The sheets and Oxford style pillowcases I ordered were of good quality. However, the bag pillowcases were a different size from what was advertised on the website. The company has been helpful in arranging a return.

I have always given you a good review but this time I was not happy. I bought some .light grey towels and when I received them they di t look grey, I complained but was told that was the colour I ordered light grey. They were definitely not grey more like a brown colour. Anyway I was left with them. No offer of returning them.

The good I ordered were delivered and if good quality. However, when I noticed I actually needed extra deep fitted sheets versus normal, I immediately send a message through the platform used by the vendor. This was within hours after buying. They never responded and probably didn’t even read it, hence I received the wrong sheets. I made the mistake in my order but why do you offer a messaging platform but don’t even read or act on it? I would have give 5 if the service would have been proper instead of lousy

5 star for value for money but only 1 star for customer service. 2 percale fitted sheets ordered, 2 fitted sheets delivered, both in percale packaging except one is not percale fabric. Customer services were patronising, despite me explaining the issue and sending pictures showing the difference in the fabric used for each sheet. They asked for additional pictures of the care label and bag of the non-percale sheet. Because the labels on the sheet and bag were marked percale they emailed me to tell me it actually is a percale sheet. I explained again to them that percale is a flat weave whereas this sheet (whatever the label says), is a twill-satin type weave. I feel cross at being treated like an idiot. Ten emails have been exchanged so far, each message from customer services asks for another small piece of information which I could have provided in a single responce, rather than in dribs and drabs. After ten messages I still haven't recieved a return label! Although I remain hopeful the label will arrive very soon.

Good Afternoon Sarah Thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on Saturday 24th August on a free delivery service, which has a delivery time of 3-7 working days. We are closed on the weekends, so the order was processed on Monday 26th August and dispatch via Royal Mail on Tuesday 27th August. The tracking shows that the delivery was made on Sunday 1st September. This is within the delivery timeline of 3-7 working days. If you have any further queries, then just let me know. Best Regards. The products are good. The ordering and paying is hard work if you want to pay by bacs. You loose the money. So then it takes a lot longer to get your products. If you pay by card then it is a lot easier and quicker.

4 cushion refills arrived with 2 of them faulty 1 of them the seam was not finished off properly & another had a small tear so had to repair before i could use them

Ordering straightforward and delivery is quick but - First order: 4 of 10 pack of pillow cases were of a different ‘type’ (4 plain cotton compared to 6 with a ‘sheen’). All allegedly of the same type at order but told it may be a different batch(?). Returned, awaiting replacement. - second order: ordered 2 sets of bamboo/cotton hand towels. In one set each of six the towels was stained or marked. Awaiting response to return them and get a replacement. Somewhat disappointing. On the positive note I did accidentally over-order and decided on different pillows and they arranged return for refund.

A little disappointed with the quality of the finish of the cushion inners, we thought we'd give you a try but we can get them individually wrapped for the same price for retail resale in our shop. Thank you very much for supplying your goods very swiftly.

Ordered duvet, pillows, sheet and pillowcases for my holiday cottage. Duvet and pillows are okay. Sheet much thinner than expected but the pillowcases were absolutely terrible and had to be sent back. The stitching was all over the place, with overstitching an absolute mess and lots of loose threads. After several emails back and forth they did accept me sending them back and refunding although I'm yet to receive it. I won't be ordering from them again.

The customer emailed in on the afternoon of 11th February complaining about the pillowcases. We replied to her straight away and within one day, we had arranged a free return for the pillowcases and a full refund has been given to her for the pillowcases. Bob

These tea towels are pleasant to use and absorb the water well, but I ordered Blue to match my kitchen and got green and one of the tea towels must have had a faulty machine as the thread is very badly looped on one side. All in all I won't be buying anything from you again. Liz Carter

I would just like to make you aware though that the blue kitchen cloths are actually out of stock and you have ordered green as per your invoice. You ordered online and it clearly states online that blue is out of stock. Any how we will still fully refund you as there is a manufacturing fault with one of them. The towels I ordered were a great disappointment. The size and colour are good but the colour ran very badly when I washed them and bits of fluff get stuck on anything they touch. The towels do not dry the skin either.

The towels were a poor imitation on the real thing. they were cotton but loose weave rather than the close weave of the real thing.

Excellent table cloths. Top quality. Shame the order was sent all wrong. Then I was made by the company on the phone to open every single package to check, and that meant re wrapping to return, which was a pain I could have done without. The packaging was clear - and staff just were not paying attention. Collected the next day for return and waiting for the correct order to be returned. It would have been a 5 star had the order been correct. Mistakes happen. In this case, a silly mistake.

Service and delivery was excellent, however the cushions I ordered were slightly disappointing. They were only slightly cheaper (~40p) than the higher quality high street option. The size was also smaller than anticipated, and although they were 16inches when completely flat they did not fill the cushion cover as well as the 16 inch high street option. I would recommend ordering a size up.
