“Received an email asking for a review and to respond to it if I had any issues with my order - I haven’t received a response in 10 days. Really disappointed in the quality of the bamboo sheets. Within 2 days of using it, it’s already had snags and piling, I use silk sheets and don’t have this issue so it’s got nothing to do with how the fabrics are washed or treated. There was also a lot of strings which haven’t been trimmed off so really low quality for £50 sheets , the cases are also very small and we only have standard sized pillows and have no casing. The kitchen towels I ordered were also very low quality and colours ran in cold rinse before use. Really disappointed.”

“I placed a large order with British Wholesale last year and was really impressed with the quality. Because of that, I ordered the same duvets again recently, but unfortunately the quality was noticeably different — much thinner than before. I decided to give them another chance and ordered some flat sheets similar to the ones from my first order, but again the quality was not the same and the material felt much thinner and one has a stain on it. What disappointed me even more was that when I asked to return the items, I was told I would have to pay for the return postage myself, despite the products not matching the quality of my original order. It’s a shame because my first experience was excellent, but after two disappointing orders, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again”
