Good Evening We are sorry that the Towels were not to your liking. You ordered the 400gsm range of Towels, which are the thinnest & lowest quality Towels we sell We do Towels that are thicker & better quality in the 500gsm, 600gsm & 700gsm ranges. Best Regards. Bob

“This was the first time that I had ordered from this company, having the need to purchase extra sheets because my husband had just come out of hospital and needed to change the bed regularly I saw this company and ordered extra ,they arrived in a fairly short time frame really well packaged and just excellent quality wouldn't hesitate to purchase again they wash really well absolutely delighted with them so highly recommend both the company and the quality of their products”

“Ordered 4 fitted sheets 2 are very thin and the other 2 are good tried to contact you and was unable to through your website left a review and asked for your comments but no reply the bath mats I ordered at the same time are excellent if only you could give me a reason I would have given you at least 4 stars”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the look of all the bedding I purchased from British Wholesales. The price was also very reasonable. I bought the items for my aunt who is in a care home so needed flame proof bedding which BW were able to supply.”
