“Fabulous guest towels, going to decorate them for xmas gifts next year. Really pleased with quality and speed they arrived, altho i didnt need them for months, whilst idea was in my head i wanted to get them ready.”

“Iwas so please with my towels but the quality was good but no more than I expected.I knew Swan mill when it was a working cotton mill ,I was born and bred in Bolton but now live in Cornwall so keep up the good work and name.”

“I purchased 4 beach towels from you and was very happy with the quality of the material and the design. The towels are very soft and myself and family used them recently for our christmas hoilday. “I tried the clearance 400 GSM bath sheets and whilst excellent price, they were thin as cardboard and I know I would get complaints as they are not right for my airbnb. I upgraded to the 600 - they are soft, plush and very affordable. Great service and fast, personal email replies with an actual person.”

“So....I ordered some tea towels and paid for delivery. Tea towels didnt arrive. Evri who are used by British Wholesale, sent me a photo of someone elses house. I complained and sent a photo of my house compared to the unknown place of delivery. No comparison. Complained to BW and Evri. Delay delay delay. Eventually Evri come back and say I should check around and check other peple in my house, despite it being someone else's house. Eventually Evri came back and sent they checked tracking and it was the right place and I need to take it up with BW. I have to chase BW who have not followed up on the problem. I then have to provide BW with the correspondence from their own delivery company Evri. BW then say they will give me a refund. I don't want a refund I want the tea towels. BW say they can't as the parcel may go astray again. So far...not had a refund.”

Hello Mr Barry I am sorry to hear about the poor experience with your recent order. The request for full refund was submitted on 26th November 2025. I cam confirm refund has been issued today on 28th November 2025. Email from my colleague in customer services with proof of refund has been sent. Thanks Bob
