“Items as listed, handles little bent on aluminium bin as squashed into the other bin but nothing that couldn’t be remedied by bending back to shape.”

“Easy viewing website the product was well priced and delivery included Placed order and spoke to lady with regard to payment all done in a few minutes Product delivered after 3 days. Very good would use again if needed”

“I ordered two mini bins for my autistic nephew as he is absolutely obsessed. The communication from the company was great and the products arrived quickly and well packaged. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the first day he had them he dropped one on the floor and the wheel snapped off which was quite frustrating.”

“I've used British Bins several times before and had a perfect service. Unfortunately this time there had been a change in despatch resulting in the wrong product being delivered followed by a delay in delivery of the right one. I also didn't like another customer having my mobile to call me. The team at British Bins explained the situation and apologised. Without this experience, I would have given them a 5.”

“Purchased a bin lock - excellent product when we fitted it, and would definitely recommend. I was slightly confused when one of the parts was not as described in the instructions leaflet, so contacted the company. Very quick communication back, through they did give incorrect advice with the way it was supposed to be fitted (the wrong way round.) It was an issue with supply of one of the parts but the substitute when I fitted it out the correct way was fine.”

“The only problem was that sticky tape was used to seal the lid in transport, and it's made a mess of the top of the lid. Doesn't look good at all.”

“I am very pleased with my beautiful shiny bin. It is exactly the same design as my other metal bin that I have used as a rat proof feed bin for 25 years. The metal is not quite as thick on the new bin but it feels sturdy and I'm sure it will last just as long. It lost one star as the moulding on the lid has a few creases from the manufacturing process.”

“I purchased a blue 12ltr bin for my mum. She liked it instantly and has got rid of the silver old fashioned bin with the lid. I gave four stars as when the bin arrived the tyre tread was slightly worn. but then im just being picky. a good price for a good quality wheelie bin. We chose blue and it stands out very nicely.”
