“Ordered a spare bin key. Pros: Answered phone quickly when I called with a query Dealt immediately with the website incorrectly charging for delivery Price was reasonable Key works Cons: Delivery was slow (a week or two) Key is a little stiff”

“The reason you did not get 5 stars was that my lovely pink bin arrived with some large black marks on it. I assume they were caused by grease possibly from something stored next to it on the lorry. However the bin itself is perfectly suited to being a bin and looks very fetching!”

“The order was dealt very promptly. I am impressed with the item and have recommended to Argyle and Bute Council to see if they can have the same to sell to householders. I am going to get our neighbours to see about buying one each, as we live in a block of flats and bin space and 3 week pickups makes it important to stretch out the bin space each. Regards Robert Gowling”

“Quick delivery, packaged very well, everything needed included, however we did find the actual timber was extremely damp. Instructions adequate.”

“The period between order and delivery was very quick and although I return the goods, not through any fault of theirs, the item was just smaller than I expected, however, I dropped it off at a nearby address to me and I received my refund promptly with a matter of a day. I would definitely use them in the future if need any of their items”
