I've used British Bins several times before and had a perfect service. Unfortunately this time there had been a change in despatch resulting in the wrong product being delivered followed by a delay in delivery of the right one. I also didn't like another customer having my mobile to call me. The team at British Bins explained the situation and apologised. Without this experience, I would have given them a 5.
