Purchased a bin lock - excellent product when we fitted it, and would definitely recommend. I was slightly confused when one of the parts was not as described in the instructions leaflet, so contacted the company. Very quick communication back, through they did give incorrect advice with the way it was supposed to be fitted (the wrong way round.) It was an issue with supply of one of the parts but the substitute when I fitted it out the correct way was fine.
