Enter your request, compare quotes and then purchase from the independent supplier with delivery available to your door. Suppliers provide a majority of parts with a 1 month guarantee and some often longer.

The mirror plastic was in poor condition. There was a photo sent which was not clear if was a minor scuff or a deeper scuff. On the phone I was told was just a minor scuff, but wasn't very honest. The black base was also deeply scratched which was told was no damage to. I would have returned this if it wasn't for an old man who damaged my cars bill. It works well but I will need to take to a body shop to get it repaired. I clearly wasn't happy with the honestly in this purchase.

Ordered an electrically adjustable door mirror and received a non electrical one but at least it was the correct colour.

not breaker links fault tbh but a supplier sent me half the order and has stop responding to my messages 3 day delivery is now running into 2 weeks

Paid for the part and was then told via text that it’s not available, contacted the seller 4 times over 2 weeks and still no refund. Very poor service or scam not sure which on yet!

If I am rating the idea? It's brilliant πŸ˜€ If I am rating the supplier not so good. Fast response to my request , no problem. It transpired they had sent the WRONG side seat belt not evident until garage had installed it. I needed it to get car through MOT so it had to do. On contacting the company concerned was told to return. This causes an issue for me. One hours labour to remove, who knows how much to post and another hours labour to replace. That's if they sent the correct replacement! Basically the company don't want to know. If it had been my mistake fair enough, but it wasn't.

I ordered a front passenger door latch for my hyundai and was told it would be delivered within 2 days after waiting for a week I phoned and was told someone would phone me back no one did I phoned again 2 days later to be told someone would phone me back within the hour no one did so a few days later I phoned again this was 2 weeks after I had ordered the part and a nice chap asked me to hold the line while he found out what was going on he came back on the line and asked if I paid by card then asked me to hold again when he came back on the line he said the part they were going to send out was damaged a craked so they would refund my money I think this is bad business as they could have told me that the first time I phoned

Thank you for your feedback. Mostly all suppliers quote customers for items that are still attached and fitted to the donor vehicle. Once an order is taken and confirmed the item is removed, checked and tested and then dispatched to the customer. If the item was found to be damaged or not fit for purpose then a refund would be issued. We will advise the supplier of the delay in dealing with your order/refund to ensure a faster resolution in the future. Regards BreakerLInk

Items ordered and paid for with promise of that day delivery. Nine days and three phone calls later the items arrived. Given the abysmal weather we are currently experiencing delays might be expected on items which had to be recovered from a breakers yard, but not promises of delivery which were not kept.

Was initially very impressed with BreakerLink. But system has issues. Order arrived as expected but product was unusable. Seatbelt replacement, but am told if car seatbelt came from a car that has been in an accident, it is "shot", and cannot be reused safely. I purchased 3 seatbelts, all " shot". Don't see the point in selling something that is not fit for purpose!

I ordered the parts I required with great satisfaction from the breakers who dispatched the paid for items, but he does not know where the parts are as he cannot track delivery with the courier used and the parts have not arrived yet a week after payment.
