BreakerLink is a Free Car Parts Finder service formed in 2002 to assist public and trade customers to locate new and recycled car parts for any vehicle. BreakerLink is linked to 100s of independent part suppliers across the UK and Ireland.

Enter your request, compare quotes and then purchase from the independent supplier with delivery available to your door. Suppliers provide a majority of parts with a 1 month guarantee and some often longer.

The item I received was not in the condition I was told it would be in, I phoned up to get it sent back to the company only for the man on the phone to start shouting at me and being very abusive. I was left with no choice but to go through trading standards and i am considering my legal options.

The part I paid for was broken when they removed it so I had to have a refund, I am now trying to find the part I need somewhere else

I paid through pay pal for door seal for Vauxhall corsa .i have not heard anything from seller so I be contacting PayPal.

12/12/15 Having placed an order for a car radio with Oldham Autos Ltd against a quotation Ref No BL3049712 to date now the 12/12/16, I still have not received the radio some 52 days from when I paid the amount requested. I wait with interest as I am now going to asked for my money back Roy Phelps

i was told that an lexus is200 front passenger wing was the same as the is300 wing that i was looking for!! £90 lighter in my pocket and they are not same! had to cut brackets and do some twisting and bending and eventually got a rough fit out of it...cheers guys!!

Not happy got the part not the right one they said would forward right part after a week of saying on way suddenly they haven't even got part promised money back an they would have part collected nothing only money will be put in bank by5 o'clock today an part sorted to be collected

car part purchased I was told bootlid was dark grey and in perfect condition . when it arrived the colour was silver and had a large dent. when I questioned it on the phone to supplier.I received an abusive reply and was told not to phone again and the phone was cut off .the person was named Glyn.

My parts did not arrive after I had brought them and it's states delivery within 2 days. I phoned them twice and they promised on both occasions they would arrive but they did not after a week. A real poor experience stay well clear is my advice.

I bought and paid for a tow bar through site 2 weeks ago today. The breaker is 30 miles from my home. I have still not received the tow bar. This has got to be the worst service ever. I have got goods from CHINA quicker than this. This became my tow bar from the moment I paid. I want my tow bar but no one seems to know where it is. Maybe you can find out.

Part ordered, paid for, 2-3 days delivery promised. no show after 7 days . Emailed- no reply. Rang and was told out of stock. Thanks a bunch!

First 2 quotes i recieved showed up as £350 an £500 but when i rang them...both quotes ended up bein 679 an 959. Nothing close to the quotes given..

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as our suppliers are independent companies we have no control over their prices. It is very unusual for prices to change however it does sometimes happen if the supplier doesn't have as much information as necessary on the original request placed to confirm the item they have in stock is correct. We are sorry for any confusion or inconvenience that may have been caused by our suppliers.

I have been fobed of for the last 3 weeks on deliver dates by 2 companies that have quoted for parts. The first promised an engine within a week and it turns that they never released it from their yard. The second after they promised it would be here Thursday last week after booking it on the Tuesday.with much reluctance now after me calling them and them not replying have now informed me that they after sending an email to the garage on Saturday that it would be their Thursday. I have been without my vehicle for nearly a month due to their lies and ignorance.

We can see by our records that you placed your first request via our system on the 19th July for the item you were after and received numerous quotes from our independent suppliers. Once you have selected a quote from a supplier and gone ahead with the purchase the transaction is between yourself and the supplier as here at BreakerLink we do not supply the items but are just the parts finder service. We are sorry to hear you have experienced these problems and if you go to our website and select contact us and choose complaint and fill in the online form we will try and speed up the supply of your item if possible.

We ordered 3 parts from Bellalure Ltd t/a Eco Car parts on 16 June 2016. They contacted us to say they had broken one of the parts and that they would refund us the £100.00. We have contacted them twice now and they have not refunded the money. So I would think very carefully before using this company in future.

This breakers yard are a load of conmen, in my initial enquiry in early June I stated that the part MUST come from an 1800cc Zetek engine or it would not fit. I included this information on my order and Still they sent me the part from a 1600cc Zetek engine which obviously did not fit. I then contacted Mr Wayne Corless of Metro Metal Recyclers, Riversdale Mill, Hacken Lane. Bolton, Lancs. BL3 1SJ in July Who assured me the problem would be sorted out. It is now the 25th July and although I have tried to contact Mr. Corless on several occasions I'm afraid I will have to resort to legal action against him and his company as I have had no reply. They owe me £28.00 for the wrong part supplied and postage costs to return it to them. I have now got the correct part from a different supplier for only £15.00 inc. delivery as I think over 6 weeks with my vehicle off the road was enough time (If they really intended to replace it or refund my money) to sort out the problem. I do not recommend you to use this service at all and definitely steer well clear of Mr Wayne Corless and Metro Metal Recyclers. Mr. Keith Osborne. Hampton, Middlesex.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have had an issue with one of our previous members. Metro Metals terminated their membership with us on the 27th June 2016 as we believe they were having issues and were closing the business down. This may be why you have been having trouble contacting them. We would advise it may be worth your while contacting paypal regarding your £28 before pursuing any legal action. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by Metro Metals.

Total rubbish one filthy mouldy part recieved the rest of the order not delivered no phone number for breaker link won't use again beware

Had part delivered even garage said wrong part it has three month warrantee but breaker link say I have to send back at my expense and they will decide company is old am autos
