Enter your request, compare quotes and then purchase from the independent supplier with delivery available to your door. Suppliers provide a majority of parts with a 1 month guarantee and some often longer.

ordered a crankshaft pulley wheel via this site from a company called A1 MOTOR GROUP UNIT 4 PELHAM ST BOLTON,they sent wrong part ,they said they would replace and after numerous txts to them all i got was' it will be sent' numerous times!!. i asked for a tracking number which they would NOT supply for the simple reason they didnt have the part to send!!!! after 6 weeks i ordered the part from a reputable company it arrived within 2 days ,half the price!!!! when i demanded a refund of £65 plus a staggering £30 postage fee, they replied with, and i quote, return the part to us (at my cost ) and we will refund, i said refund first and i will send part! they said no you send part first and then we will refund?? well what would you do??? to complain to breakerlink will cost me a staggering £1 50 per minute!! they dont take emails!! would i use these people again?????????? its a joke!!

I believe this company are doing a brilliant job at providing their customers with spare automotive parts and accessories . However with my experience i have lost out on money due to a breaker yard not refunding me money when the wrong part was sent down. I understand that breaker link cannot be responsible for the companies they have affiliated with them however this is NO excuse for the horrible service i was given by Lucy. She was very rude, unhelpful and in no way willing to provide me with assistance with me problem regardless of the fact i was polite from the offset. I wouldn't say avoid breaker link HOWEVER at all cost AVOID MWS Bolton and LUCY. I must also apologise for the one star and very slightly bringing your rating down but i want this to be read.

i ordered a alternator off bbc spares it arrived after 5 days i then fitted it to my car and found that it didn't work . so i've wasted my time and £60.00 of my hard earnt money .

First the wrong part arrives.;Sent back,but they say didn't receive it---£55 out of pocket.!! Next the right part arrives.;£290...doesn.t work.. Oh they say,it must 'cos its reconditioned....A sealed unit??..and non functioning..'We will sent out another'..didn' t arrive........my advice;- BEWARE!!

Wrong part sent. Have returned at my own expense, and am waiting for a refund. Hopefully this will include postage back. I included all details of the parts, not sure why the wrong one was sent.

Doncaster autos don't use them be warned there say one thing and then don't do it .contacted trading standards .re a part there sent me but was noisy then because I took my car for second opinion then broke down now refuse to help because there said I was driving it how else can I get a second opion now refuse giving me refund look on Google reviews about this company be warned you will have a fight on your hands if you need it replaced

Breakerlink were very good and got back to me fast. It was a shame that car parts in Oldham let the side down. I ordered the parts and sent my payment by paypal..my order was received on sunday the 8th.. on the Tuesday I rang to track my order only to get ans phone. The following Saturday I spoke to the guy in the office who said there was nobody in despatch..he would ring me Monday morning..he didn't call me. Tuesday I called at 10am and the guy who I spoke to said again they would call me..they didn't. I called again on the Wednesday only to get cut off as soon as I spoke. I have now gone through diputes with my credit card company to retrieve my payment. Congratulations to car parks Swindon..they found me brand new parts overnight ...£10 cheaper!!!!

Wrong part sent,and having returned it ,they say it did not arrive.OK,,so I am £55 out of pocket.It cost £ 2.80 to return it,they charged £10.to send. No trace as 2nd class post. So,the right part arrived next,even smaller and lighter, £10 to post. My garage,Subaru specialist is half an hour away, Two hours later the part is fitted.It only works intermittently So far I have spent £280 for the new part plus £10 plus £55 and nothing works and they answer e mails when they fancy,and never helpful. Draw your own conclusions.

Terrible experience! A supplier not professional, received incorrect part. It was damaged anyway. Sent it back, paid for a courier and still calling for a refund everyday!!! BreakerLink help is "contact Citizen Advice". Cowboys, avoid!!!

I took up the quote from a-z car clinic ltd palmerstone rd london was never supplied ,never given tracking number ,told is all stories like supply 2/3 days,then oh we meant 2/3 days to us then 2/3 to u .Told parcelforce had lost order after i rang them 2 weeks later told them to refund card they asked for my bank details i said NO refund my card not been done now taking legal action against them. If you do order from them be aware they are hard to get hold of,hardly bother to contact you ,take no notice of ratings,if it goes wrong they dont care

Part supplied was faulty the mechanic had a lot of trouble mending it before fitting which ended up costing more me more money very unhappy with the car part supplied and will never use them again also no written warranty as promised.

I bought a set of diesel injectors from JAP Parts Birmingham. (£558) they came promptly but the guarantee that they had been tested was false they leaked and were useless and leaked. they promised to send replacements immediately ( it took several weeks) and it was the same set of injectors they originally sent us ( my garage secretly marked them). I returned these in the same packaging they sent to me and they then claimed they were received damaged !! I told them I was taking them to court for reimbursement of postage costs etc. they then said to save hassle they would replace them with a fully tested set after two weeks and many phone calls they said they would refund my money and again this took many phone calls and to add insult to injury they deducted their postage so I only got £528 a loss to me of £30 + £48 postage + garage time fitting and testing. I am going to small claims court to retrieve monies and compensation as they now refuse to talk to me. JAP Parts should be removed from your Breaker link site

The supplier, A&CAUTOPARTS, of Bolton have been a nightmare to deal with. They originally admitted that they had sent me faulty diesel injectors. I let them try to access me a replacement set and they did nothing for 3 weeks. I phoned them over 30 times to try and get a refund and they were a NIGHTMARE. I could write a book about the amount of excuses that they gave me. Six weeks later and I can see no other solution but to try and get a refund thro the courts.

Well £240.00 worth of broken parts delivered, from Midlands Renault breakers ,rang them at least 10 times a day daily for 8 days. They promised the broken parts would be collected and good ones delivered that we could use. As to say nothing ever arrived they just kept fobbing us off!!!!!!!!, I will never use breaker link again and would advise anyone else not to. We are £240.00 out of pocket as we had to source parts elsewhere! Grenville Holdsworth.

I was totally let down by Nationwide salvage who never sent the part I paid for. After some weeks they promised me a re-fund but never sent that either. Currently I am involving the bank to get my money back.
