“I renewed my policy for a second year. It was very much lower than some of the big companies but I wasn't going to need it was I? Wrong! 100 miles from Calais heading to La Rochelle a little red light started to flash on the dash. I pressed on sure it would go off, it didn't! we pulled off at the next aire and watched the contents of the cooling system drain out of a failed water pump. So had to make the phone call for breakdown assistance. The Fench police got us recovered to a garage, at this point I'm convinced that this policy isn't going to deliver, not at that price. How Wrong was I! I can only descibe the service as BRILLIANT! A hire car was sourced (30 miles away) transport organised to get us there and we carried on with our holiday. We had a daily phone call from the breakdown companies agent in france. repairs were organised, a quote given and accepted and we collected the car on the way back to Calais ( the garage was opened especially so we could collect our car) I cannot fault the service and professionalism from start to finish. I hope I don't have to call on them again and I mean that in a positive way, but if I have to I will have no hesitation. Will I renew again next year? YES I WILL!”
