“We wanted cover for a short away trip and securing it online was very efficient and intuitive. I guess the test with these things comes when yo u have to use them, which we didn't, but the process of purchasing cover was straightforward.”

“Found this company on line and must admit I had never heard of them before. I needed to renew my cover but, I was not willing to renew with my old company because they had increased my renewal price by over 50% because my car was NOW eight years old (even though I had never made a claim and my car was always serviced. This price is fair and I hope I get value for money.”

“I bought my car cover form Breakdown Assist because the product covered the areas that I needed. The cover fits the bill for me and the price was the most competitive So far I have not used the cover so I cannot comment on this but in some ways I hope that I do not need it but I am sure that the service will be what I expect.”

“No a great service as the first recovery company to come out to my van couldn't get it started but he didn't have a charging pack that was charged. Failing to start the van the recovery man attempted to get my van on a flat bed home without success so I was then left for around 45 not knowing what was happening, I then had to ring breakdown assist to try find out what would happen next. A second breakdown company was then sent to my location who were very helpful in getting me home with my van but they did not even try to get the van started. After being flat bedded home I learnt from my local garage that it was simply a flat battery. So all in all not the best breakdown experience and I would not renew my cover again with breakdown assist”
