“Breakdown assistance bought via internet. Good price. Documents clear and precise. No use made of the assistance yet but purchase went smoothly.”

“Have mixed feelings about the service. The only time last year I used the breakdown cover I had locked my self out of my van. The local recovery company used were brilliant and went the extra mile to get me back in. However Breakdown Assist after my allotted half hour rang me to ask for additional payment immediately. I was already very stressed and could have done with out this. The telephone operator agreed he would phone me back after I told him my hand bag was locked in the vehicle. I have renewed this year, after the policy cover changed increasing the call out time to 1 hour as well as other changes.”

“I had to call breakdown as I had left the lights on and the battery had gone flat.response was excellent.How ever some passer by had jump leads as I was still talking to the breakdown team I cancelled them . they told me to contact them again if I hah any further trouble. Service was excellent and I would recommend your device anytime .”

“I bought breakdown cover for a one off, one week trip to France on my motorbike. Nothing went wrong with my motorbike so I can only really comment on the price and ease of purchase - which were both good.”

“Diagnosed fault myself to a split turbo pipe, reported fault and had recovery vehicle sent out very quickly, no need for an engineer to attend as wouldn't have been able to rectify. Excellent service.”
