“I did find it odd that I could be given a quote for a combined policy for UK and Europe to then be told when I purchased it that an annual policy cannot kick in for 72 hours, even though all the paperwork is immediately emailed. My only option was to buy a single European trip which miraculously instant. I therefore feel the extra insurance fee was unwarranted.”

“It was so easy to sort out the breakdown cover. The website was easy to access. It must have been easy because i'm one of the worlds least technologically minded.”

“It took a little time to get hold of an operator but after that I had a very good experience. The mechanic arrived within an hour and was curtous and polite. When he decided he would have to toe me away breakdown assist approved the operation quickly and the mechanic talked me through the whole thing. He even found me a respectable garage and dropped me home while they fixed the car. I would recommend the service”
