“I was waiting for 3 and a half hours from 11pm - 2:30am as they thought I was in Walsall instead of Wakefield. There is no priority for women as stated in their policy as they told me 40 minutes when they were not. I was a lone woman on a motorcycle in the middle of a shady area where I had never been before so it's not even like I could have sat in a locked car. I was terrified, especially after my phone died. I had to wait on the street outside a funeral directors. The breakdown recovery man was such a lovely person though and was very apologetic and got me home (60 miles away!) safe and well.”

“I bought the cover for my teenage son who was living away from home. When he needed them they were extremely helpful. My son had left his lights on an had a flat battery at 10pm and thought he would be stranded for the night. In a rather unsulubious part of town. But breakdown Assist came to his rescue, much to his relief and mine (living 300 miles away!) Top marks! Professional, punctual and polite!”

“Looks to be robust and offers great value for money at face value. I like the land line telephone number option as a way of reducing call charges if using a mobile. Hopefully won't be needed but this will be where it matters.”

“I have only just joined so I cant really give a review until I have a reason to use them. All I can say is they are a lot cheaper than a lot of the others. Joining on line was very easy.”
