items not received was stolen from my doorstep ..... still no offer of replacement ot refund..... first time i ordered from boxraw wont be ordering again there customer service is non existent!!!!

Made 4 Orders. First one took 3 months to arrive and they never gave me any information what was happening, where my items were or when I can expect them. Second order went fine. Third offer was made 34 days ago and still hasnt been shipped out, they stop replying to emails and try to come up with reasons to shift the blame such as the address seems to be showing an error - despite having already shipped 3 packages to that address previously

Still waiting for my refund. Scum company!! They are ignoring my emails. Offering me credit when requested a refund. Now being ignored! If you read other negative reviews it’s show others have same issue! Oh they also paid me to give a good review! Twice!

Dreadful product. £35 for a skipping rope that you have to put together measure up and cut yourself. Not to mention if you cut the rope too short you’re £35 down. not to mention you can’t adjust the stoppers like they say without damaging the product. Would just go sports direct and get one for a tenner

Terrible quality not even worth the price. The pants literally ripped after 1 training sesh. Smh. This is labeled and promoted as product that is even durable for pros and did not live up to that at all. Not worth over 100. And not a improvement from the original version which ironically lasted longer.

Worst experience, I placed my order April 15th only to be told after sending two emails that my order is no where to be found. I was given two options, replace the same order or a credit for their products. I took the option to replace the order. I still have yet to hear back on any updates and have no clue what has happened to my order. Very unreliable and would not order from this brand again.

Sizing is way off, I typically wear a large in pants / hoodie. BOXRAW's Large fits like a standard medium... Returns / Exchanges are brutal, they don't reply to emails, their customer service takes forever to do anything... They finally refunded my order to "black card" credits, which I cant use to apply to shipping (even though I have more than enough) I've tried reaching out to get help with placing my new order and they wont reply, it's going on 2 weeks with 4 unanswered emails... Awful service.

He comprado varias prendas de Boxraw y son muy hermosas y de buena calidad, realmente me encantan. Pero tuve una mala experiencia con el pantalón East Street Bottoms Black / XS; la tela es de mala calidad, lo usé una vez y con el roce al caminar entre las piernas se le hicieron motas, y aún ni si quiera lo he lavado. Envié un correo a contact@boxraw.com con fotos de la prenda dañada y no he obtenido respuesta.

I ordered 3 items (Sunday). The next day (Monday) got an email saying one of them was out of stock. I replied immediately asking for another size. No response the next day (Tuesday) so I emailed again. Finally got a response the following day (Wednesday) saying the new size I requested was out of stock, so I asked for refund on that item. I then got a response on Sunday saying they'll refund me for that item, but now another item in my order is out of stock. Why does it take an entire week to get one item sorted out and why were my other items not available. Once I ordered it, the 2 other items should have been set aside for me at the very least. I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed.

I’ve been ordering from Boxraw for about a year and they usually met my expectations bery nicely. However, my last order experience was an absolute disgrace. I’ve ordered a number of items using the express delivery option (up to 3 business days). I could have let the actual delayed delivery fly, but two items were missing from the package. I contacted costumer service and was notified one of the items was in fact out of stock (it was not marked as so when I placed the order) and I was offered to get a refund on that item and get the other missing item shipped out asap, which I said yes to. From there on, I couldn’t get a coherent response from the costumer service despite a number of e-mails and messages through the website for over a month regarding that one missing item that was supposed to be shipped out “asap” (why wasn’t it shipped out in the original package?). Customer service got back to me eventually with news that the item I’ve been waiting for is unfortunately out if stock (you don’t say, after 5 weeks of the original order?) I settled for the same item in a different size because I really wanted it but obviously this would not have been my first choice and this was especially disappointing because it felt like it went out of stock while the customer service was dragging their legs and not dealing with my inquiry in a reasonable manner or time. I’m deeply disappointed and bummed, as I will not be ordering from Boxraw ever again and will not recommend to any of my fellow boxers and friends to do so either, despite your clothing being of high quality The mishandling of customer support was simply outrageous and infuriating on this.

It is been two-three months since I ordered this purchase and it’s still never been delivered. I’ve been contacting customer support, contacted my local post office and I’ve contacted my neighbors and there has been no sign of this package. I would like to know if I’m ever going to get it or when I’m going to be reimbursed. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. And instead you guys have you playing a wild goose chase. And keep deferring me to all these different organizations to contact, and after contacting them they just reroute me back to you guys. I’ve never dealt with such service like this. I’m usually either met with empathy that resolves in either a reimbursement or the company sending me the product for as an apology since it never came, in rare cases like this… smh. I keep being told that tracking says it delivered but I have security cameras and it never showing it being delivered. On top of me, asking my neighbors and reaching out to all the different people that I’ve been directed to. This stuff is way too expensive for me to just re-buy like that. Really shows the value you give to your customers.

I’m inclined to believe that the stellar reviews given for this company are from customers based in the UK. If you are a customer located in the U.S, I would advise you to skip this company. There seems to be a lack of care for international customers because getting in touch with customer service is beyond a hassle, it’s very much non existent. After being informed about my ordered items being out of stock I was provided with alternatives for the item and store credit.(Please note if your order isn’t shipped they don’t even bother with a refund, you’re just going to be presented store credit.) I responded to that initial email as soon as I received it to push the process along. 3 BUSINESS DAYS PASSED and still no response. I followed up with several more emails. Dead silence on their end. I followed up with the service form on their website and was met with the SAME response initially given to me without acknowledging anything I had sent back to them. This cycle of sending out the same response and BOXRAW completely ignoring the information given to them has gone on for more than a week now. I really don’t know how they run their business across the pond but having to chase down customer service just to get the same insincere automated response is not like anything I am used to. I see that the company has been having supply issues from the holiday season. Understandable. What isn’t understandable is how they seem to ignore any emails sent to them. The delay in communication is the worst I have ever seen and ordering internationally has never been this much of a burden. I know they’ll likely reach out again to send me the same email about options for store credit and alternatives but I really don’t want to keep doing this for another month. Be aware that if you’re located outside the U.K, you should wait until the summer to order items and even then don’t expect much responsiveness if you have concerns with your order.

Ordered some tracksuit bottoms as a Christmas present and paid for a 2 day delivery as I needed them quickly. Not only did they not arrive in time they are STILL NOT HERE now after 2 1/2 weeks. I have requested my money back and just keep being fobbed off saying they are on their way. Won't be ordering again - hugely disappointed - AVOID!!!

Order never arrived - lost in transit - still waiting for refund after 3 weeks of chasing them everyday. Very poor communication in the end I went through Klarna to get my refund :-( Will not be ordering again as customer service is disgraceful.

Will never order again, very cheap quality and SHOCKING customer service. Wanted to return some items due to the poor quality. Impossible to get though to a human and errors on the website. If your looking for boxing/fighting gear order from known boxing brands with heritage, or thai-boxing brands, they are made for fighters and all about quality. Boxraw is just cheap, clever marketing lifestyle brand. Above all poor poor customers service.
