I ordered 3 items (Sunday). The next day (Monday) got an email saying one of them was out of stock. I replied immediately asking for another size. No response the next day (Tuesday) so I emailed again. Finally got a response the following day (Wednesday) saying the new size I requested was out of stock, so I asked for refund on that item. I then got a response on Sunday saying they'll refund me for that item, but now another item in my order is out of stock. Why does it take an entire week to get one item sorted out and why were my other items not available. Once I ordered it, the 2 other items should have been set aside for me at the very least. I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed.

I’m inclined to believe that the stellar reviews given for this company are from customers based in the UK. If you are a customer located in the U.S, I would advise you to skip this company. There seems to be a lack of care for international customers because getting in touch with customer service is beyond a hassle, it’s very much non existent. After being informed about my ordered items being out of stock I was provided with alternatives for the item and store credit.(Please note if your order isn’t shipped they don’t even bother with a refund, you’re just going to be presented store credit.) I responded to that initial email as soon as I received it to push the process along. 3 BUSINESS DAYS PASSED and still no response. I followed up with several more emails. Dead silence on their end. I followed up with the service form on their website and was met with the SAME response initially given to me without acknowledging anything I had sent back to them. This cycle of sending out the same response and BOXRAW completely ignoring the information given to them has gone on for more than a week now. I really don’t know how they run their business across the pond but having to chase down customer service just to get the same insincere automated response is not like anything I am used to. I see that the company has been having supply issues from the holiday season. Understandable. What isn’t understandable is how they seem to ignore any emails sent to them. The delay in communication is the worst I have ever seen and ordering internationally has never been this much of a burden. I know they’ll likely reach out again to send me the same email about options for store credit and alternatives but I really don’t want to keep doing this for another month. Be aware that if you’re located outside the U.K, you should wait until the summer to order items and even then don’t expect much responsiveness if you have concerns with your order.

Item was wrong size, I exchanged back in good time before Christmas to receive back in good time with correct sizes. Order gets sent out again to myself and the 2 out of 5 items were missing. And 3 items were the same size as the first items I ordered. (Which were wrong, again) After liaising with the customer service team via email (for a MONTH) this still has not been sorted. Ordered november 2020 and it’s nearly new years and no one can tell me where my items are and why I have been given the wrong sizes, again. Received a message today that it’s still being “investigated” where my items are. But these items were ALL Christmas presents, which were not given. I asked for compensation for all the trouble and still not being fully helped yet, and satisfied... and boxraw customer service could not do that. Very disappointing as I am a first time, new customer and was impressed by the quality and reviews. But this was a terrible customer journey and I will not shop here again UPDATED: 12th Jan 2021 After having left a bad 1* review, I can honestly say I should’ve done that from the start. Because I received my order nearly 2 months later and had to constantly contact boxraw myself and never got the sufficient help I needed. This was a Christmas gift, and I returned the incorrect sizes in good time to receive the items back before Christmas. I did receive it before Christmas, but I got given the same items in the wrong sizes back to me. And the packaging had two missing items (which they couldn’t track down) and this caused even bigger delays. I was extremely disappointed and kindly asked Boxraw for compensation for the items or money off for the inconvenience and I was given a big fat “no”. Was very disappointed as I was a first time customer and I done my part correctly to receive my items in time, but boxraw and the courier team clearly had a communication issue After getting humiliated that boxraw didn’t want to offer compensation, I wrote my review and THEN they offered some money back. Funny how that works. I am happy to revise my review because the quality of the clothing is incredible. If the quality wasn’t this great, I honestly wouldn’t have bothered. But I Was happy with the quality from the start and can’t get better than that. But unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant and it had to result in a bad review to get sorted within 2 months. (Ordered November 2020 - received Jan 2021) - so I have updated my review from 1* to 3*

I’ve spent close to 500£ on BOXRAW merchandise now, and I must say I don’t regret a single purchase till this day. I’ve been purchasing from BOXRAW since early 2018. Quality is on point and the delivery is quite fast (for someone who lives in Belgium). Definitely my go-to for boxing gear/clothes/merchandise ...

to be honest. i love your guys product and page but i still have not got my package. I ordered this for a xmas present for my brother on nov 24th. i still have net received anything. this is a big headache. Now I'm heading out of town to meet my family and enjoy xmas. i have to go out today and buy another present so i can have something to give my brother. I hope you can find a way to compensate me for this. Its just a horrible experience.

BOXRAW not only sponsor worldclass boxers but the product are of a superior quality. The finish to shorts and hoodies and bottoms are top quality. Lots of zip pockets . Built to last. I have to say i was surprised but now i totally love this stuff. Customer service has been super too when i need a exchange for a different size. Go for it you wont regret it.
